As a Customer Service Officer for our truck breakdown support team, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls and emails from customers whose trucks have broken down on the way. You will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in providing assistance and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Managing phone calls and emails: Addressing customer inquiries and involving relevant parties as needed.
- Collecting information and verifying data accuracy and completeness.
- Offering technical support and liaising with workshops to schedule a technician for truck repairs.
- Keeping all involved parties informed and updated about the status of repairs.
- Overseeing and maintaining agreements with customers and service providers.
- Ensuring timely resolution of contract-related matters.
- Working from Monday to Friday (between 7am - 22pm) with flexibility to work on Saturdays during busy periods.
Jouw profiel
To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualities and skills:
- Language: Dutch (native), English (native)
- Computer skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, ...).
- Technical knowledge: Experience or knowledge in the automotive or tire industry is a plus.
- Effective phone communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving: Aptitude to analyze situations and find appropriate solutions.
- Customer- and results-oriented: Focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving desired outcomes.
- Accurate and high work standard: Attention to detail and precision in handling information and data.
- Multitasker and stress-resistant: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
