Als ervaren recruiter sta jij in voor het volledige rekruteringsproces van A tot Z. Je analyseert de rekruteringsbehoeften, vertaalt deze naar aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten en identificeert potentiële kandidaten via diverse kanalen.
Jouw profiel
- Bachelor diploma in Human Resources met minstens drie jaar rekruteringservaring.
- Ruime ervaring met proactieve werving via sociale media en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie.
- Gedreven, overtuigend en flexibel.
- Vaardig in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een pluspunt.
