For an international organization, we are seeking a motivated HRIS Integration Consultant to play a key role in a large-scale HR digitalization project. As the bridge between HR, IT, and external partners, you will ensure all HR processes, data, and reporting are ready for the rollout of a new HR IT system. You’ll work in a hybrid model based in Brussels and have the opportunity to shape the future of HR.
What will you do?
- Coordinate the preparation and integration of a new HR IT platform as an HRIS Integration Consultant.
- Analyze and optimize existing HR processes, data flows, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and external HRIS integrators to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Support modules such as HR Reporting, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HR Administration.
- Monitor deadlines, identify bottlenecks, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
- Translate complex issues into clear solutions and document them thoroughly.
Profiel
- At least 5 years of experience as an HRIS Integration Consultant, HRIS Specialist, or HR IT Consultant.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Process-oriented and structured in your approach.
- Quick to learn new systems and technologies.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
- Resilient under pressure, collaborative, and values clear, transparent communication.
- Experience with HR transformation projects and stakeholder management.
- Detail-oriented and precise in your work.
