What will you be doing as our HR Specialist?

• Managing the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and developing onboarding plans.
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completeness of employee records and documentation.
• Administering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Maintaining the employee database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
• Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, providing guidance to employees, and consulting with the management team.

Jouw profiel

What does our ideal candidate bring to the table?

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (or equivalent through experience)
• Fluent in both English and Dutch or French (other languages get you bonus points!).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with experience in recruitment and employee relations management.
• Familiarity with Belgian labor laws and regulations, with basic knowledge of employee benefits and compensation management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive working relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
