Jobomschrijving

As an International inside sales representative , you are responsible for selling safety material and accessories as well as AED accessories to dealers. You will look for customers abroad by yourself and approach them by telephone and e-mail. You will also participate in trade fairs abroad where you will be able to speak to (potential) distributors. This is a versatile function for the entire sales process, from preparing the quotation to invoicing and follow-ups. It is important that you work reliably and accurately and that you have a great sense of responsibility for your client portfolio. You see achieving your goals and targets as a challenge to be accomplished. You have an optimistic attitude and are able to communicate easily with others. Obviously, you have a commercial mindset and good communication skills.
A selection from your daily activities:
  • Independently finding and approaching new prospects;
  • Informing prospects about our product specifications;
  • Making quotations and price calculations;
  • Follow up on sent quotations by telephone;
  • Processing sales orders in AFAS;
  • Collaborate with the field staff in the sales process;
  • Support in handling returns;
  • Occasionally visiting trade fairs abroad if possible.

Jouw profiel

Who are you:
  • You have an excellent command of both the German and English language in speech and writing;
  • You can work and think at Bachelor’s level and you have relevant work experience;
  • You are stress resistant and know how to set priorities independently;
  • You are highly motivated and you like to go the extra mile. For the customer, but also for our company;
  • You can work efficiently in a team as well as independently;
  • You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
  • You have good communication skills and know how to speak to customers;
  • You mainly work from the office in Belgium (Sint-Niklaas or Louvain-La-Neuve) and you are willing to visit the head quarters in Groningen occasionally
  • You have a valid driving license B and you live – preferably – in Central Belgium
  • But most of all : you are looking forward to joining a fast growing and dynamic international company
