Total Rewards Analyst

Assists in the analysis of employee compensation & benefit programs in EMEA such as salaries, short-and long term incentives, job evaluations, salary increase and surveys, pension, medical, disability and life insurances, including policies and procedures.

Functie

Assists in the analysis of employee compensation & benefit programs in EMEA such as salaries, short-and long term incentives, job evaluations, salary increase and surveys, pension, medical, disability and life insurances, including policies and procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.  

  • Data analysis of different EMEA Compensation programs for consolidation and reporting. 
  • Review C&B policies and procedures for proposed changes (consistency, legal, …).
  • Assist in data collection, review and analysis of the EU Company car policy and/or addendums
  • Inventory and analysis of benefit plans within EMEA
  • Support and analysis of Pension Plans for the EMEA-region
  • Assist in the application of Records Management within the Belgian, Brussels facility
  • Follow up on EU GDPR requirements, reporting, follow up and annual audit/certification (Privacy Shield)
  • Coordinate Meetings with required follow up and actions
  • Gather EMEA Country handbooks & policies 
  • Coordinate and arrange internal and external compensation & benefits reporting including action register on projects 
  • Assist in the administration of ongoing or new Total Rewards projects
  • Evaluates and compares existing employee benefits with those of other employers by analyzing other plans, surveys, and other sources of information.
  • Setup and monitoring of benefits ‘data room’ for EMEA C&B plan

Profiel

Bachelor's degree (B. A.)HR ; or two to three years related experience and/or training; Knowledge of employee pension plans and benefit programs is preferred.

Languages : Dutch & English – French and German is a plus

Travels : applicable but limited

Computer Skills: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Word; Excel; PowerPoint). In depth knowledge of Excell for data analysis is a ‘must’.  Human Resource systems & SAP HR is an advantage
