For an international organization, we are seeking a motivated HRIS Integration Consultant to play a key role in a large-scale HR digitalization project. As the bridge between HR, IT, and external partners, you will ensure all HR processes, data, and reporting are ready for the rollout of a new HR IT system. You’ll work in a hybrid model based in Brussels and have the opportunity to shape the future of HR.

What will you do?

Coordinate the preparation and integration of a new HR IT platform as an HRIS Integration Consultant.
Analyze and optimize existing HR processes, data flows, and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and external HRIS integrators to ensure a smooth implementation.
Support modules such as HR Reporting, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HR Administration.
Monitor deadlines, identify bottlenecks, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
Translate complex issues into clear solutions and document them thoroughly.

Profiel

At least 5 years of experience as an HRIS Integration Consultant, HRIS Specialist, or HR IT Consultant.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Process-oriented and structured in your approach.
Quick to learn new systems and technologies.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
Resilient under pressure, collaborative, and values clear, transparent communication.
Experience with HR transformation projects and stakeholder management.
Detail-oriented and precise in your work.
