For an international organization, we are seeking a motivated HRIS Integration Consultant to play a key role in a large-scale HR digitalization project. As the bridge between HR, IT, and external partners, you will ensure all HR processes, data, and reporting are ready for the rollout of a new HR IT system. You’ll work in a hybrid model based in Brussels and have the opportunity to shape the future of HR.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate the preparation and integration of a new HR IT platform as an HRIS Integration Consultant.

  • Analyze and optimize existing HR processes, data flows, and reporting frameworks.

  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and external HRIS integrators to ensure a smooth implementation.

  • Support modules such as HR Reporting, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HR Administration.

  • Monitor deadlines, identify bottlenecks, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.

  • Translate complex issues into clear solutions and document them thoroughly.

Profiel

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRIS Integration Consultant, HRIS Specialist, or HR IT Consultant.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Process-oriented and structured in your approach.
  • Quick to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
  • Resilient under pressure, collaborative, and values clear, transparent communication.
  • Experience with HR transformation projects and stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented and precise in your work.
